December 25, 2020 – Present (Updated January 08, 2020):
As a temporary fix to the connectivity problem encountered by some first-time users; we have added servers in both regions (Tokyo and Mumbai) to increase the probability that a server is available and reduce or eliminate connectivity problems until a permanent solution is in place. For now, if you can not connect in one region please try the other region.
December 25, 2020 – Present (Updated December 30, 2020):
The connectivity problem has been identified as an intermittent problem affecting some, but not all, first time users. New users attempting to connect for the first time may encounter a “Server Unavailable” message. Users who have previously connected the VPN may experience a slight delay in the connection. We appreciate your patience and we expect to have a fix implemented shortly.
December 14, 2020 – December 18, 2020:
Reported reduction in speed for EclipseVPN by a small number of users. This issue has been corrected.
